1. PARTIES
This agreement is executed between the Service Provider (Soocommerce Web Software), whose information is given below, and the Buyer (User) who purchases services electronically through the website, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
2. SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the Buyer’s online purchase of digital products, software licenses, or e-export infrastructure packages available on www.soocommerce.com and the provision of these services.
3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
Soocommerce provides e-commerce and e-export infrastructure, multilingual web-based software, custom module development, integrations, and digital support services.
All software and digital products are delivered digitally (via e-mail, panel access, or license key).
4. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
Service delivery begins after payment confirmation.
Installation and delivery processes are completed within 14–30 business days depending on the purchased package.
After the digital products are delivered, cancellation, refund, or withdrawal rights do not apply.
5. PRICE AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Turkish Lira or foreign currency.
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or online payment systems.
VAT is included in service fees (unless otherwise stated).
6. SERVICE PERIOD AND LICENSE
The Buyer is entitled to use the purchased software only for their own commercial activities.
Copying, distributing, or reselling the software to third parties is prohibited.
The license period is specified as either time-limited or perpetual depending on the selected package.
7. CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Digital software and license products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as personalized access is provided.
However, in the event of technical issues or incorrect delivery caused by Soocommerce, necessary corrections or replacements will be made free of charge.
8. SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
Free technical support is provided for the duration specified within the purchased package.
After this period, maintenance and support services can be renewed optionally.
9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Soocommerce stores user information in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and does not share it with third parties.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of any disputes arising from this agreement, Mersin Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
11. ENFORCEMENT
By clicking the “purchase” button on the website, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement.
The agreement enters into force once approved electronically.
